I’ve ventured to different Cafes, as well as commercial coffee suppliers (Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, etc.) and was always perplexed at the varying strength, taste, and texture of good espresso vs. bad espresso. If you can’t spell espresso, don’t even bother… And a cafe mocha is not an espresso, you bleeding idiot. Thanks for participating…

A random question… I was just wondering what it might do to your body…

Is anyone aware of any coffee places that roast their own beans? Most places around here are chains ie Starbucks, Peets, and Coffee Bean. Peets and Coffee Bean are fine, but I’m interested in finding a place that’s a little more unique and localized in what they do.
